Calling All BC musicians

Music BC is excited to announce our continued partnership in 2019 with Bumbershoot, taking place Labour Day weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun). Music BC will be presenting four (4) BC artists at various stages throughout the weekend. As part of Music BC's commitment to fostering homegrown talent, BC artists (DJ's & Bands) are encouraged to apply to perform at one of Seattle's largest cultural experiences. Past BC performers include: Ekali, Peach Pit, Jo Passed, Sam Lynch, Khanvict, I M U R, Harrison Brome and daysormay.

Each year thousands of people across the country flock to Seattle to attend the acclaimed festival, which has become one of the unique and most-loved contemporary festivals in North America. Bumbershoot’s diverse programming includes live music, comedy, theatre, film, visual arts, dance performance, and more.
